Chuck Schmidt Construction Company has been building residential homes in Lincoln and the surrounding area since 1975. Our philosophy is to put quality and craftsmanship into creating a comfortable home that families are proud of and will enjoy for a lifetime.

Chuck accomplishes this by working directly with the home buyer during all aspects of the designing, planning and building experience. Known as a “builder’s builder", Chuck provides direct supervision with all aspects of the construction process. Continuity and knowledge prevail with skilled subcontractor trades, many that have worked with Chuck for 30 years.

In 1979 Chuck Schmidt Construction introduced the first condominium project in Lincoln dedicated to the retirement market. The design was affordable, one-level duplex buildings that met a previously unfulfilled housing need. Since then our company has developed several retirement and townhome projects in Lincoln.
